Quick Crust
1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
1 Stick Butter
1 Egg
Mix like pie dough - pat into pizza pan. Bake @ 350 degrees for 10 minutes - just to slightly brown edges. Do not overbake! Cool.
Mix...
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 C. Confectioners' Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 C. Cool Whip

Blend in a mixer and spread on crust
Spread fresh fruit of choice in decorative pattern on cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate while making the glaze...
� C. Water
� C. Orange Juice
2 T. Lemon Juice
� C. Sugar
1-2 T. Cornstarch or 1 T. Clear Jel
Combine and bring to a boil; boil 1 minute. Cool. Spread over fruit layer. Refrigerate at least an hour before serving.

For the past decade, Rowmark has been offering our Heavy Weights™ products as a tough, thick gauge engravable sheet solution specifically designed to withstand the harshest outdoor elements. A heavy-gauge 3-ply polymer sheet with a textured surface, it is available in a bright palette of primary color combinations popularly used in high traffic areas, including Yellow/Black/Yellow as a NEW addition. Also, Heavy Weights™ Brown/White/Brown and Green/White/Green are now available in 1/4" thickness.
