Caramelized Ham & Swiss Buns Recipe

Total Time: Prep: 25 min. + chilling Bake: 30 min.
Recipe:
1 package (12 ounces) Hawaiian sweet rolls, split
1/2 cup horseradish sauce
12 slices deli ham
6 slices Swiss cheese, halved
1/2 cup butter, cubed
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
2 teaspoons poppy seeds
1-1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions:
Spread roll bottoms with horseradish sauce. Layer with ham and cheese; replace tops. Arrange in a single layer in a greased 9-in.-square baking pan.
In a small skillet, heat butter over medium-high heat. Add onion; cook and stir 1-2 minutes or until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour over rolls. Refrigerate, covered, several hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 350�. Bake, covered, 25 minutes. Bake, uncovered, 5-10 minutes longer or until golden brown. Yield: 1 dozen.

Choosing the Right Colors for your Projects
Did you know that color can be up to 85% of the reason people will buy a product?
Different colors create different affects to our minds. When designing a sign, award, nameplate, etc. selecting the right color is essential. The colors of your signage are important to bring out your message and personality. While most people do not think about a room or sign color, it actually affects us every day of our lives. So when it comes to making a decision with choosing a color for a sign, it is important to choose wisely.
For example, if you had a customer that owned a spa and wanted to upgrade the signage in their office, you would probably want colors that are known for relaxation and calming such as the blue or green family (aside from their company branding). The color blue is known to bring down blood pressure and slow respiration and heart rate. Blue is considered calming, relaxing and peaceful. There are many different color schemes to choose from to create the right mood for the right setting.

Frame System Suitable for Exterior Usage
 We've had several recent inquiries from sign makers asking for a simple frames system that can withstand outdoor usage. We have recommended a JRS frame system called Xterior Frames. JRS Xterior Frames are precision mitered from a premium aluminum alloy making them suitable for outdoor applications. Available in two 'Hard-coat' anodized colors, Satin Yellow Gold and Satin Silver, each frame is hand assembled utilizing stamped stainless steel corner angles.
