November Market Trends
 Overall sales of single family homes and condos in the Naples, Bonita and Estero area remain strong. Over the past 12 months, the number of closings have increased 7% and the average price is up 10.5%. Pending sales above $2 million are up 38% year-to-date with sales above $5 million almost doubling during the same period in 2013. Inventory as of December 1st stands at 4,948 units with 2,763 single family homes and 2,185 condos. This represents at 4.9 month supply of homes. Supply continues to decrease with current inventory levels at 12.5% lower than last year.

Uphill Sand Shot
The uphill sand shot requires a few changes from the normal sand shot. First, match your shoulders to the slope of the bunker by tilting them backward. Dig your back foot in deeply to brace yourself. Swing so that you strike the sand behind the ball and make a short follow-through, as the incline will help the ball into the air. Make an aggressive swing; the ball will fly high and not roll very much, so you may carry the ball all the way to the hole.
