As the housing market and economic conditions in that area slowly improve, this team is capitalizing on the pent up demand that exists in their marketplace. Daily Hot Board meetings, unwavering commitment to the sales process, and intensely focused lead follow up are translating into truly exciting results at East Ridge. The Power of Five became twice the success when StoneRidge (Mystic, CT) closed on 6 residences and added 4 more sales in September. Thanks to the perseverance of the team led by Area Sales Director, Kathy Hamel (hamel@lcsnet.com); Residency Counselor, Dorothy Schrage (dschrage@stoneridgerc.com) and Marketing Assistant, Lois Schroeder (lschroeder@stoneridgerc.com) brought the total number of September successes to ten!

 

On June 30, we celebrated that The Clare, located in Chicago, IL, joined the Life Care Services family! Since then, the sales team of  Marketing and Sales Director, Erin Miller (emiller@theclare.com); Sales Counselors Cindy Joss (cjoss@theclare.com), Kevin Wollam (kwoolam@theclare.com) and Keith Oldoni (koldoni@theclare.com); Admissions/ Move-in Coordinator, Whitney Magley (wmagley@theclare.com); Sales and Marketing Assistant, Shirley Wharton (swharton@heclare.com) and Community Outreach Coordinator, Nancy Duerr (nduerr@theclare.com)  has collected 13 deposits and welcomed 4 residents to the community. This team is well on their way to meet their 2012 sales goals! Congratulations on knocking it out of the park these last few months! We are excited to have you on our team, and look forward to occupancy continuing to rise...53 stories!

 

Another fantastic month for the Monarch Landing (Naperville, IL) Marketing and Sales team lead by Sales Director, Kristin Drees (kdrees@monarchlanding.net); Residency Counselor, Melissa DiGiovanni (mdigiovanni@monarchlanding.net); Personal Moving Consultant/Sales Associate, Brenda Weaver (bweaver@monarchlanding.net) and Marketing and Sales Assistant, Kimmy Giudice (kgiudice@monarchlanding.net)! As a result of a significant investment in prospecting activity and a committed focus, occupancy increased by 5 and reached an all-time high! In addition to increasing their occupancy, 4 deposits were secured! A huge "congratulation" goes to Melissa DiGiovanni for collecting her first...second...AND third deposit all this month since joining the Monarch Landing team! You are on FIRE, Melissa, and we are all so very happy for you! A big "Yahootie" to Team Monarch Landing!

 

For the 3rd month this fiscal year, Henry Ford Village in Dearborn, MI has brought in "double digit sales". Sales Director, Sandy Kravitz (kravitzsandy@hfvillage.com); Marketing Assistant, Nerys Hernandez (hernandeznerys@hfvillage.com); Residency Counselors Elena Sophiea (sophieaelena@hfvillage.com), Nancy Roberts (robertsnancy@hfvillage.com) and Jenifer McClendon (mcclendonjenifer@hfvillage.com); Personal Move Consultant, Doreen Forbes (forbesdoreen@hfvillage.com) and Director of New Business Development, Adam Sterling (sterlingadam@hfvilalge.com) secured 11 deposits and welcomed 5 new residents to their community.
