United Methodist Village has been extremely focused on velocity!! Feeding off the success that September and October brought has propelled them forward to achieve 100% sold status in their Patio Villas (a first in the history at UMV) and another month of 5 sales and 5 move-ins for November! But they are not stopping there - They are invested and committed to using every ounce of their energy and skillset to attain the 100% sold and 100% occupied goals for their entire inventory. High Five to Team UMV for focusing to achieve an occupancy increase of 8% in the last few months!
Focus and Investment produce Achievement:The Lunch & Learn programs, relaxing personal lunches with the Marketing Director, dinner with residents at Green Hills and weekend tours to accommodate visiting family members, have been a great success. Green Hills residents and staff have been excited to share/tour the expansion project with prospective residents. This has resulted in 4 sales and 3 pending over a two month period. And don't forget those "Cookie Drops"!
High FIVES to Baywood Court! For adding five people to the Wait List (commitment - pre-payment of $500 Services Fee). Of the five wait list additions, four were followed closely by phone, mail, e-mail and follow-up visits for 6 months or longer. Always stay focused as success take much more than one try!
