Wowza! The team at Casa de las Campanas in San Diego, CA was rockin' and rollin' in May 2012. They had 9 closings to bring them to 42 closings and they are now 93% sold. They have already exceeded sales and closing goals for the year and they have 2 months left! In addition, May was the best month for Casa in the last 5 years! Marketing Director, Marge Pronovost (Pronovost@casadlc.com) and her team including Residency Counselors Caryn Outwater (outwater@casadlc.com) and Monique Neal (neal@casadlc.com), and Marketing Assistant, Lydia Tucker (tucker.clark@casadlc.com) have truly had a magnificent year! Congrats to Team Casa!

 

The team at Peabody Retirement Community in North Manchester, IN had an outstanding month with 7 sales. The team at Plantation Village in Wilmington, NC was charged by the energy at the Sales Festival and decided to make 1 day a week as Phone-Out Day. They put signs on their office doors from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm that read - Do Not Disturb - I Am Calling My Next Sale. At noon they take a break and have lunch as a team and discuss the progress so far. Then at 4:00 they meet again to discuss the success of the day. Having a note on the doors prevents interruptions and allows them to focus only on calls. And the results: before the sales festival their ratio of Phone-Outs to Appointments was 8:1, and in May it was 4:1!! Residency Counselor, Sheila Seese (sseese@plantationvillagenc.org) scheduled 10 appointments during one day of phone work. They now use the signs more than once a week, but are keeping their weekly Phone-Out Day as a team. All of this thanks to the leadership of Marketing Director, Lisa Polanski (lpolanski@plantationvillagenc.org) and Executive Director, Greg Woodward (gwoodward@plantationvillagenc.org).

 

Celebrate ... Celebrate.... Celebrate... the month of May, The Sagewood Sizzlers surpassed their sales goal and made 9 sales. Marketing Director, Ellen Devine (devineellen@sagewoodlcs.com); Residency Counselors Deborah Isley (isleydeborah@sagewoodlcs.com), Jackie Brandt (brandtjacqueline@sagewoodlcs.com) and Traci Gregory (gregorytraci@sagewoodlcs.com) are Sizzling Hot! Go, Sizzlers, Go! Closing and Move-In Coordinator, Beth Mader (maderbeth@sagewoodlcs.com) is doing an outstanding job of scheduling the closings at Sagewood. As of May 31st Sagewood was at 155% of the closing goal. Go, Beth, Go! Residency Counselor, Deborah Isley ended the month of May with 5 sales. Go, Deborah, Go!

 

Congratulations to Assisted Living Residency Counselor, Ileana Shook (ishook@eastridgerc.com) at East Ridge Retirement Village Assisted Living in Cutler Bay, FL, for achieving 100% occupancy in May. Ileana's hard work and dedication have driven her to settle for nothing less than 56/56. But she didn't stop there...Just after the beginning of June, Ileana, along with the Assisted Living team, raised the census again...this time to 102%. This was made possible by a team member giving up her office space to accommodate another move-in, and the refurbishment team's ability to convert the office to a studio. East Ridge Retirement Village Assisted Living is now at 57/57. Way to go Team East Ridge!

 

3 is a BIG number at East Ridge Retirement Village in Cutler Bay, FL. The sales team consisting of Marketing Director, Rick Drew (rdrew@eastridgerc.com);Residency Counselors Iris Baker (ibaker@eastridgerc.com), Susan Braley (sbraley@eastridgerc.com),and Pedro Chacon (pchacon@eastridgerc.com); and Marketing Office Coordinator, Jenny Inigo (jinigo@eastridgerc.comhad an exciting and strong month in May. They worked strategically as a team, helping each other to brainstorm the best next steps for each of their "Hots"...and it paid off, as each of the three Residency Counselors gained a sale for their team. This teamwork is also building a stronger pipeline, and one in which more sales are sure to come. Great work and leadership team...and we look forward to celebrating more successes with you!

 

Green Hills Retirement Community (Ames, IA) Marketing Director, Linda Lang (lindal@greenhillsrc.com) has become her own cyclone with 7 closings in the last two months. Normally Green Hills would expect 2.5 closings during that time period, but Linda destroyed those goals. Congratulations to Linda and Executive Director, Rod Copple (copple@greenhillsrc.com) as well as the rest of the team at Green Hills for their whirlwind last two months.

 

Congratulations to the dynamic sales team at Friendship Village Columbus (Columbus, OH) consisting of Marketing Director,  Dawn Ruppel (druppel@fvcolumbus.com); Residency Counselors Neil Edelson (NEdelson@fvcolumbus.com) and Erin Mihalik (emihalik@fvcolumbus.com);  and Marketing Assistant, Pat Boehm (pboehm@fvcolumbus.com) for a fabulous month of May. Consistency is key for the team at Croasdaile Village in Durham, NC. Marketing Director, Carol Roycroft (carolr@umrh.org) and Marketing Counselor, Lisa Kistler (lkistler@umrh.org) had 7 move-ins for the month of May!

 

Please give a standing ovation to the admissions team at Henry Ford Village in Dearborn, MI for maintaining above budgeted occupancy in both the Health and Rehabilitation Center and Assisted Living. Admissions Coordinator, Lisa Gillary (gillarylisa@hfv.com) and Community Outreach Coordinator, Kasia Roelant (roelantkasia@hfv.com) are 100% committed to doing whatever it takes to drive occupancy at their community! Congratulations to this dynamic duo for hitting this awesome milestone!

 

A round of applause please for Sales Director, Kristin Drees (kdrees@monarchlanding.net); Personal Moving Consultant/Sales Associate, Brenda Weaver (bweaver@monarchlanding.net); and Marketing and Sales Assistant, Kimmy Giudice (kgiudice@monarchlanding.net) at Monarch Landing in Naperville, IL for bringing in 6 sales and welcoming 4 new residents to the community. Mind you, these 6 sales were made during a month when the team was down 2 sales positions! Newly promoted Sales Director, Kristin Drees was responsible for 4 of these sales! A huge shout out to Personal Moving Consultant, Brenda Weaver for securing 2 sales herself!  YAHOOTIE!!

 

Another encore performance was given by the sales team at Sedgebrook in Lincolnshire, IL!   Director of Sales, Erika Jackson (ejackson@sedgebrook.net); Move-In Coordinator, Dawn McCloud  (dmccloud@sedgebrook.net); Lifestyle Counselors Valerie Gostele ( vgostele@sedgebrook.net) and Christine Segin ( csegin@sedgebrook.net) and Sales and Marketing Assistant, Quimby Wysokinski  ( qwysokinski@sedgebrook.net)  generated 5 sales and welcomed 4 new residents to the community!  Special congratulations to Dawn McCloud for turning a purged lead in to a sale! Can she get a "woot woot"?

 

Talk about the Power of Teamwork! Marketing Director, Tiffany Abbey (tabbey@umrh.org) Quail Haven Village in Pinehurst, NC along with the help of Community Life Services Director, Jena Taylor (vtaylor@umrh.org) and Executive Director, Randy Kropp (rkropp@umrh.org) achieved 5 sales for the month!! Did we mention that Tiffany only worked three weeks in the month because she delivered her new baby boy! (Way to go Quail Haven team! Tiffanydelivered a baby boy Lionyl (Lio) Osborne Abbey on May 25th at 2:54 AM, weighing in at 8 pounds and 4 ounces and 21 inches. Mom and son are doing very well. Congratulations, Tiffany!

 

Rolling Meadows in Wichita Falls TX had a great month. Director of Marketing, Joann Honea (jhonea@rollingmeadows.com) made 5 sales for the month! Joann is new to the CRSA/LCS family and just started working at Rolling Meadows in January of this year! Way to go, Joann, and a big HIGH FIVE!

 

Retirement Counselor, Shannon Norman (snorman@pbmccrc.com) from Pennybyrn at Maryfield (High Point, NC) got re-energized at the Sales Festival and got 3 deposits for May! Shannon has remained focused on her goal and after coming back from the Sales Festival and has found that the new ideas and overcoming objections really helped her to reach her goals.

 

Sales Counselor, Whitney Miller (wmiller@gallowayridge.com) from Galloway Ridge in Pittsboro, NC has been working hard in helping to reach occupancy goals. Whitney received 4 wait list deposits and 2 10% deposits during the month of May! Whitney has embraced the CRSA/LCS Connection Sheets and really works on follow-up with prospects. Director of Sales and Marketing, Leslie Dyess (leslie@gallowayridge.com) has been busy as well with a sale and the grand opening of their Phase II expansion. Congrats to the entire team including Marketing Assistant, Gail Jacks (gail@gallowayridge.com) and Move-In Coordinator, Ashley Craver (acraver@gallowayridge.com). Your team effort is outstanding!
