FOR AUGUST 2012:
Marketing Director, Carrie Dos Santos (cdossantos@umvgodfrey.org) and Residency Counselor, Georgia Henke (ghenke@umvgodfrey.org) at United Methodist Village in Godfrey, IL had an outstanding month in August with 10 sales and 6 closings, bringing their overall sold percentage to just over 97%. This team has worked extremely hard to not only meet their budgeted goals, but have kept their independent living at a high level of occupancy, and their assisted living at 100% occupied. Congratulations on this notable performance!

Gambrill Gardens in Ellisville, MO is celebrating another strong performance in August with a total of 8 sales and 7 closings. This success has helped to maintain the overall budgeted occupancy of 96% occupancy for the community. The Continuing Life ™ communities closed out a smokin' summer in California with a terrific August performance. In Northern California, Stoneridge Creek (Pleasanton, CA) finished August with 9 sales, which brings them to 66% pre-sold (of 415 phase I Independent Living residences!) with one year to go until the official opening.
