The Jersey Shore is extra hot this summer thanks to Harrogate in Lakewood, NJ and their impressive 5 sales in June. Director of Sales and Marketing, Kevin Fletcher ( kfletcher@hgate.org) and his fabulous team consisting of Lifecare Consultants Valerie Jacoby ( vjacoby@hgate.org), Lizzie Dutka ( EDutka@hgate.org) and Betty Zivelonghi ( Bzivelonghi@hgate.org) and  Marketing Coordinator, Jodie Medhaug ( Jmedhaug@hgate.org) have been lighting it up this summer - ending the second quarter right on track with year-to-date sales goals. This team is on a roll, and there is no stopping them! Go Team Harrogate!

 

East Ridge Retirement Village in Cutler Bay, FL has turned up the power...and it has been one success after another lately. In June, the team consisting of Marketing Director, Rick Drew (rdrew@eastridgerc.com); Residency Counselors Pedro Chacon (pchacon@eastridgerc.com), Susan Braley (sbraley@eastridgerc.com) and Iris Baker (ibaker@eastridgerc.com) and Marketing Coordinator, Jenny Inigo (jinigo@eastridgerc.com) knocked it out of the park with 4 sales and 2 closings, catapulting them back on target with their budgeted sales goals for the fiscal year. To top this all off, every time the team makes a sale, they record their 'sales happy dance' in front of the residence they just received a deposit on, and send the link to view it on YouTube. In addition, Assisted Living Residency Counselor, Ileana Shook (ishook@eastridgerc.com), has maintained 100% occupancy for the last two months. This has been a very fun and rewarding time for the entire team and we look forward to celebrating continued successes with you!

The midweek day dedicated to phone-outs at Plantation Village is paying off. The team in Wilmington, NC had 6 sales in June. Congratulations to Marketing Director, Lisa Polanski (lpolanski@plantationvillagenc.org); Sales Counselor, Sheila Seese (sseese@plantationvillagenc.org) and Marketing Coordinator, Becky Grogan (bgrogan@plantationvillagenc.org). This team fires on all cylinders every day and never misses an opportunity to help each other in advancing the sales process. Additionally, in all of 2011 there were 28 sales at Plantation Village and at the midpoint of 2012 this incredible team has already achieved 27 sales - they will certainly surpass last year's numbers before the end of July.

 

Congrats to the fabulous marketing and sales team at Capital Manor in Salem, OR! They finished off their fiscal year with a bang...having 6 sales and 8 closings in June. The Capital Manor team which includes Marketing Director, Leilani Slama (lslama@capitalmanor.com) and Residency Counselors Tom Byron (tbyron@capitalmanor.com) and Maria Cooley (mcooley@capitalmanor.com) have worked so hard to finish out this fiscal year stronger than Capital Manor has seen in over 5 years!
