TTF, First Fridays Art Walk, & Salinas Arts Project Email Archives Homepage In the beginning of 2008 our community founded the first-ever Salinas Arts Congress to give voice to residents and to harness the power of the arts to improve the quality of life and to help build a great city.  California Imagination: pARTicipate!
