Salinas Arts Council needs to seek 501(c)3, Public Benefit Not-For-Profit Status, and develop a postive link with the City of Salinas. Seek to become recognized as the offical Salinas public arts entitiy? Advise the City on Public Arts Policy, and other arts issues?
