Greetings!
I'm pleased to announce that my former employer, Fehr Graham Engineering and Environmental continues to build on its success. My leaving them to start this business in 2010 was done without rancor on either side and I know they wish the best for me as I do for them. While I focus on HazMat Employee Training & RCRA Training, They offer an array of services nationwide: EH&S consulting, IT, Civil & Municipal Engineering, and more. I don't get a dime for promoting them but I know you won't be disappointed if you use their services.

LATE BREAKING NEWS! US DOT Extends Authorization for ORM-D Classification Through 2020!
This one caught me by surprise for two reasons:
- I wasn't expecting the final rule to be issued so soon.
- I expected the extension to run only through the end of 2014.
Read a brief article about this significant modification to a proposed rule.

I have done my best to review the FR publications and highlight the announcements applicable to shippers of hazardous materials and generators of hazardous waste for Jan-13. A quick scan will be all it takes to see if these changes apply to you. Links to additional information are included if you need to go deeper. More...
