*LHN is happy to announce all college acceptances. A special red sign is also placed on the student's locker. Please bring a copy of your acceptance letter and give to Mrs. Mary Heath for your file.
**Copies of the letters awarding scholarships, their amounts and conditions should also been given to Mrs. Heath for your file. These amounts are documented and the total amount of the class as a group is published in the senior profile book distributed at graduation.

Will Jordan Ribbons | |
Will Jordan, LHN Class of 2011, passed away March 3, 2009. Since then, a scholarship fund was set up by the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo in Will's name to help finance college tuition for students who would not be able to afford it otherwise.
By purchasing a ribbon you can not only join the 2011 Graduating Class in remembering Will, you can also help a student in need attend college.
Ribbons may be picked up on Graduation Day (May 28, 2011) in the lobby at Grace Presbyterian Church from 2:15-2:45

Congratulations to our activity and academic winners! It gives us great pleasure to recognize them and their accomplishments. This evening will feature the following:
1) Induction of new members to the National Honor Society.
2) Presentation of awards and honor cords.
Students who are receiving awards and students who will be inducted into the National Honor Society should be in attendance. Family, friends, and others are encouraged to attend and share this special time with the award recipients.
We are proud of all of the award winners and look forward to a very special evening of fellowship and praise to the Lord for the special contributions that all of these distinguished students have made to Lutheran High North.
WE LOOK FORWARD TO YOUR ATTENDANCE AT THIS EVENT!

When: Friday, May 13th
First game Students vs. Students at 3:30 PM
Winner advances to play the LHN Staff in championship game at 4:45 PM
Where: LHN Basketball Court
Why: To raise money for the LHN Softball team for 2011-2012 season
Trophy will be awarded to the winner of the championship game.
Items will be raffled off during the game and the concession stand will be open for business. Stay after the game for "Game Night" hosted by the Sophomore class. |

Spring Break Foreign Trip 2012! | |
 Want to spend Spring Break 2012 in SPAIN? Come find out about LHN's next foreign trip. Parent Information meeting wil be held on May 10th at 6:30 in the Courtyard. Pricing, itinerary, fund raising, and other options will be discussed. This trip is open to LHN students and their families. LHN Band members will be on tour at the same time and cannot participate in this trip. For more information please contact Diane White. |

Attention Seniors - Class of 2011 | | |
If you are the parent of a senior, please be aware that your tuition account must be paid in full by May 9, 2011 so that your student can walk for graduation and be able to order final transcripts for the schools of their choice. Please contact Donna Howard in the business office at 281-617-5189 if you would like to discuss your account. |

Tuition Notice 2011-2012 | | |
The paid-in-full tuition discount is $250 per student when the tuition is paid-in-full prior to June 1, 2011. There will be no discounts for paying in full after May 31, 2011. Charges for those families who selected the paid-in-full option when re-enrolling have already been posted in Renweb. If your charges are not posted and you wish to pay in full, please call Lynn Martin in the billing office (281-617-5189) to correct the billing.
Tuition not paid-in-full will be billed over 11 months with fees being billed in July and monthly tuition being billed over the 10 months starting August 2011 and running through May 2012. Your July and August charges will be posted on Renweb by mid-June.
Parents utilizing the automatic draft for tuition payments will be charged fees in July and tuition starting in August. Only contact the billing office (281-617-5189) if your payment information has changed. |
