Crossroad Health Center opened in 1992 with a mission to provide accessible, affordable, community-based primary health care services and mental health counseling to the residents of Over-the-Rhine and the surrounding Cincinnati communities.  In 2009, Crossroad expanded services to the West Side by opening Crossroad Pediatrics West.  Emphasizing individual dignity and preventive care, Crossroad has become an increasingly important community resource, serving over 6,600 patients who otherwise would not be able to afford care.
