Please join us at the 17th Annual Climb for Crossroad on Saturday April 27, 2013
The Climb for Crossroad is a leisurely two-mile stroll through our evolving Over-the-Rhine neighborhood, ending with the traditional climb up the steps of Prospect Hill. Then it's back to Crossroad for a family-friendly festival.
Online Registration
Your participation in the Climb helps Crossroad provide accessible and affordable health care leading to thousands of healthy, changed lives. Here's how your support helps:
- $25 provides a cervical cancer screening for an uninsured woman
- $100 provides a medical visit for a patient without insurance
- $500 provides yearly care for a patient with diabetes

Can't Attend?
Even if you can't make it to the Climb, you can still take steps for the health of our community by giving to Crossroad. Thinking  about registering for one of the Flying Pig Marathon events? Then join the Crossroad Flying Pig Team! As a member of our team you will receive a discount on your registration. But most importantly, you will be helping thousands of Crossroad patients with no insurance receive quality, primary health care services.

URGENT: Re-Enroll Your Kroger Card
Thank you for supporting Crossroad through your Kroger Plus card. To continue participating you must re-enroll your card before April 30, 2013.
1. Visit www.krogercommunityrewards.com.
2. Sign in using your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, just click on "forgot password" and a link will be sent to your email to change your password.
3. Enter Crossroad Health Center's NPO number [82930], click search.
4. Select Crossroad by clicking on the circle to the left of our your name.
5. Save changes.
By enrolling in this program, you have helped Crossroad receive almost $350 from Kroger so far this year. These funds provided a full year of health care services for patients like Tammy with no insurance.
