Exclusions from regulation as a Solid Waste or Hazardous Waste

It's a good idea to be aware of the activities of the  PHMSA and the USEPA that impact the transportation of hazardous materials and the management of hazardous waste.  A good way to do that is to review the Federal Register for Rules and Regulations, Proposed Rules, and Notices from these agencies.  Take a look at what information was published in the FR for September 2013  and October 2013 that may impact your operations.
