Synopsis of the Perdomo's classes:
1. Genetic Memory and the Awakening of Christianity into the Twelve Tribes of Israel.
We will explore what the Lord says in the Bible when He gave us hints in the physical realm that genetic memory may play a role on how He will accomplish this task of gathering the Israelites of the House of Ephraim or 10 Northern tribes or House of Israel in the end times. Many generations have passed of the 10 northern tribes being scattered through out the world without remembering who they are...One generation has come, where these memories stored in the genes of the cells of the brain that had been off has been be turn on...We will discuss basic genetics as we explore the awakening.
2. DNA Testing of the Descendants of Jacob and his Companions at End Times.
Attendees will improve their understanding of the genetics of the DNA testing including the Y chromosome haplogroups, STR's, SNP's and the deep clade as they relate to finding the descendants of Jacob and his Companions. Which DNA tests are available to help us build the DNA database today, so we in the future may identify genetic markers for the House of Ephraim, as many have already been identified in over 165,000 brothers of the house of Judah.
1) Y- Chromosome genetic markers in males.
2) Mitochondrial DNA (mt-Dna) genetic markers: males and females
3. The Y-Chromosome that Survived Noah's flood.
If Noah's flood was a world wide event, then all the Y-chromosomes at that time would have been destroyed and only the Y-chromosome of Noah and his three sons would have survived...Then when we look at the "Y" Chromosome Phylogenetic Tree chart, we have to trace all living males back to Noah and not necessarily to Adam, since Adam had many descendants of which only the line of Noah would have survived. Many changes will have to make on how we classify the haplogroups to identify not only the tribes of the world but the 12 tribes of Israel, because geneticists today are not taking the universal flood seriously. Genealogy geneticists that study the ancestors of the human Y-chromosome have a theory that traces back all humanity to a common male ancestor in Africa that lived 60,000 years ago, whom they call Adam. As time passes by, Adam's descendants proceed to leave the African continent and spread to the Middle East, South Asia, Australia, Europe, North East Asia and America. We will search what the Bible, world culture and science has to say about this.
Questions
In addition to the above topics at the Perdomo's will be available to answer your questions. Additionally those that have done the Y-DNA test and know their Y chromosome haplogroup are encouraged to share their results.
Interested in having your DNA tested?
Family tree DNA laboratories are offering a special for the Y-DNA 37 test for the attendees of the MIA conference. The regular price that FTDNA charges to have this test done is $169.00. If you go through Etz Yoseph (the Perdomo's website) they decrease the price to $149.00, but at the MIA conference the cost will be $129.00 if you buy your Y-DNA 37 kit from June 28-July 4. Coupons will be distributed to those that want to have the test done during their three classes.
The CEO of FTDNA, Dr Bennet Greespan, will also offer a special on the "Deep Clade test", which regularly is $89.00 for $79.00, for those that already had done the Y-DNA 37 predicted haplogroup, to confirm it with the SNP's of the deep clade.
Disclaimer: The Etz Yoseph project, Alex C. Perdomo and Georgina Chan Perdomo do not receive any financial renumeration from Family Tree DNA, nor from Messianic Israel Alliance. They do this work, because they believe that the twelve Tribes of Israel will be identified by the blessings given in the Bible that is by faith, which may very well be confirmed by DNA testing.
The Perdomo's are going to Israel for Shavuot in June 2011 and they request your prayers that the Lord will guide them to the representatives from the tribes of Dan, the Ethiopian Jews, and from Be'nei Manasseh from India from whom they will be able to obtain DNA samples.
