The End-Time Call of Yom Teruah

The Fall feast s will soon be upon us and we want to hear from the Father as we enter into these set-apart "Holy Rehearsals."
He surely has a message for us in this hour...
Yom Teruah begins this season, but many mistakenly call the  day "Rosh HaShana." However, Abba says Abib is to be the head of the year for us (see Israel's Feasts and their Fullness, "Yom Teruah or Rosh Hashanah?", chapter 26, for a detailed explanation).
Yom Teruah also begins the ten days between it and the most holy day of the year, Yom Kippur. Traditionally, these ten days are called the "Ten Days of Awe." It is especially a time for brothers to make peace with brothers before the day of judgment that is Yom Kippur.
Now is the time for Israel to make peace with one another. Even so, many are presently addressing the messy state of the Messianic movement. It is good for us to finger our problems, to figure out what ails us, and to root out the things that trouble us. However, rather than focus on who and what ails us, we want to suggest a few things that might help our problem.
To begin, we tend to have an attitude that Shavuot/Pentecost has been fulfilled- and in one way it has. But, if that feast is about the giving of the Law and the Spirit, then perhaps we need to revisit it  before we seek fulfillment of the Fall feasts. I say that because the word from the Father for the last days is this:"Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit" (Zec 4:1-14; Rev 11:4). We first must be empowered by His Ruach HaKodesh if we are going to be used to help accomplish His last-days plan for Israel. To help in this area we offer a book by myself and Wally Smith of Las Vegas, titled, Israel- Empowered by the Spirit. This handbook offers insights about the counterfeit and the true works of the Spirit. Bottom line, we must have the real thing! We cannot do what we need to do apart from the Ruach!
In the book, Israel's Feasts and their Fullness, we see our need to embrace several Scriptural truths that have to do with the Fall feasts. We need to understand the heretofore misunderstood feast that is Yom Teruah. Judah and Ephraim need to see the importance of being united in Messiah. Seeing us walk in harmony will bring change to the world. Apart from that, the c hange that we all long for simply will not come. Even as the Shekinah Glory was seen in the embrace of the cherbubim over the Ark, so the Glory of our God will be seen by the world when Ephraim and Judah begin to truly embrace one another.
In our day many are crying out for "something more." And, like our forefathers in Egypt, if we truly want deliverance from that which binds us we must first "cry out." He will then hear our groaning and remember that we are His covenant people (Exo 2:23-24; 1 Pet 2:9-10). Without faith it is impossible to please Him, we must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him (Heb 11:6). At this time we especially need to cry out in prayer for the changes that we desire.
In my feast book we offer ten suggested prayers (along with the verse references from which the ideas were taken). There is one section for each of the Ten Days of Awe (see chapter 29, "Ten Days of Prayer"). These prayers especially focus on Israel's restoration and reunion.
