Countec DMC-60T Multi-Channel Electronic Counter

The Countec DMC-60T Multi-Channel Electronic Counter has a capacity to count up to 6,000 tablets per minute.  Using the most advanced infrared sensors and PLC touch screen controls, the DMC line of counters provides maximum running efficiency and complete accuracy demanded by our pharmaceutical customers.

 

The Countec DMC-60T has a 12 track counting tray with twin filling nozzles for discharge. The machine handles metal, glass or plastic containers up to 120mm in diameter.  It also has dark time adjustability to detect broken or double tablets.

Countec MDC-CQ2

The Countec DMC-CQ2 verification counting machine is specifically designed to verify the counting of any shape and size tablets or capsules.  This compact machine is perfect for performing quality checks on the packing line or in the QC lab.  The DMC-CQ2 has an easy to use touch screen with a built-in printer used for quality control and data management.


FEATURES:
 

  •  Accurately counts batches sizes from 1 - 9,999
  • 2 liter hopper feeds the vibratory product feeder (5 liter hopper is available)
  • Adjustable container platform to accommodate bottle height and diameter
  • All product contact parts made in 316 stainless steel and food approved plastic, easy disassembly for cleaning with a minimum of required tools
