Countec DMC-120 Electronic Tablet Counting Machine:
The Countec DMC-120 has a capacity to count up to 12,000 tablets per minute. It has a 24-track format with twin filling nozzles and an infrared sensor that ensures 100% counting accuracy. The machine has user-friendly PLC controls and tool-less changeover. It can handle metal, glass or plastic containers up to 120mm in diameter. The DMC-120 also has dark time adjustability to detect broken or double tablets.
Countec CT-UA-120 Bottle Unscrambler/Air Cleaner
The Countec CT-UA-120 Bottle Unscrambler is capable of unscrambling plastic round, oval or rectangular bottles with an output of 120 bottles/minute. Empty bottles are loaded into an extra large hopper. A bottle elevator then feeds the empty bottles to the sorter where they are aligned around the sorter disc. While the bottles are being transported from the sorter to the aligning unit, they are inverted and cleaned by de-ionizing air with vacuum. The bottles are turned into an upright position for discharge.
Hoong-A HMV6 Blister Packaging Machine
The Hoong-A HMV6 is designed to handle high production rates and a wide variety of solid products such as a tablet, hard and soft gelatin capsules, caplets, etc. The heavy duty construction enables end users to use a wide array of pharmaceutical packaging applications (thermoforming and cold forming blisters) with quick and easy mold changeovers. The maximum material width is 250mm and a maximum stroke of 145mm. The machine can produce up to 200 blisters per minute.

It is designed for ease of use, high efficiency, and low maintenance costs. Key will be demonstrating the Simplex machine (up to 100 pouches/minute) that accepts pouch sizes ranging from 50mm x 70mm up to 140mm x 200mm. The Enflex F-14's unquestionable versatility allows users to make special shape pouches, pouches with reclosable zippers, and pouring caps on the top seal for liquids such as fruit juices, isotonic drinks, yogurts, etc.
