For over 25 years, Key International has been a proud manufacturer and distributor of CORA® Ultra-Sanitary Butterfly Valves that are designed for controlling the flow of pharmaceutical and food grade powders.  We offer a multitude of sizes and body configurations that allow for easy interfacing with your specific equipment connections. 

The Cora® Model RV, Multi-Vane Dosing Valve discharges a finite amount of product with each 180° stroke. The valve is pneumatically operated by a 180° double-acting pneumatic actuator. The frequency (or delay between strokes) is what determines the output.  The shorter the delay means more strokes per minute and therefore more output. The valve can be controlled by an Adjustable Timed Relay System offered as an option or by a customer supplied PLC control system. The valves are commonly attached to the customer's hoppers or bins via tri-clamp sanitary ferrule connections, but almost any configuration can be supplied to interface with your equipment.

• These valves are available in sizes ranging from 3" (80mm) up to 16" (400mm).
• Construction is 316L stainless steel with #7 mirror (Ra=20u-in) internal and #4 sanitary (Ra=50u-in) external finishes.
• The compression seal is FDA food grade (translucent) silicone. Platinum cured.
• Documentation including Declaration of Conformity, drawings, parts lists and mill certifications included.
