LAB HIGH SHEAR GRANULATOR/MIXER
The KG-5 is a cost effective, state-of-the-art, bench top high shear granulator/mixer. This unit is ideal for R&D laboratory usage for the processing of small batches and has the flexibility for scale up. With a large touch-screen operator interface, the KG-5 is easy to use and generates meaningful product performance data.
- Interchangeable bowl system for different batch sizes (1 liter, 3 liter & 5 liter)
- Main propeller has a 3-blade design with speeds from 50-750rpm
- Options include variable speed chopper (1,000-10,000rpm) and a liquid addition system
TABLET FRIABILITY TESTER:
 The Key Tablet Friability Tester (FT400) is used to determine, or test, the resistivity of tablets to breakage based on the loss in tablet weight due to breakage caused by induced mechanical stress. This easy to operate machine has two transparent acrylic drums with curved scoops that convey tablets upward, then drop at a prescribed height and speed. - Two testing modes: Drop Count & Timed Test
- Drum speed of 25rpm
- Drums are assembled and removed quickly and easily for loading, unloading and clean up
- Drums are driven by a synchronous motor providing maximum accuracy

TABLET DEDUSTER
 Designed for the operator in mind, the cost-effective Key Tablet Deduster (TD 101-WD) is completely wash down, which reduces the down time between cleanings. The unit is constructed of mirror polished, stainless steel with an adjustable base, variable speed vibrator and an adjustable inlet funnel.

CAPSULE POLISHER
The Key Capsule Polisher (CP 350-WD) is a must-have for any company producing hard gelatin capsules due to its compact size, economic pricing and high quality polishing. The unit is adjustable to any height discharge from any capsule filler and can handle capsule speeds of up to 300,000 per hour. The MT-Capsule Sorter (optional attachment) can be used for rejection and collection of empty capsules.
