The Hoonga HM V6 automatic blister packaging machine is used in high production environments and has the versatility to enable a wide range of pharmaceutical packaging products such as tablets, hard or soft gel capsules, caplets, etc. It is capable of running all common types of thermo and cold form materials. This model can be used as a stand-alone unit or be integrated with a downstream cartoner. The HM V6 is equipped with a touch screen PLC, Lexan safety enclosures and safety interlocks. This model also comes with full panel stainless steel enclosures.

The Countec DMC-60T Multi-Channel Electronic Counter has a capacity to count up to 6,000 tablets per minute. Using the most advanced infrared sensors and PLC touch screen controls, the DMC line of counters provides maximum running efficiency and complete accuracy demanded by our
pharmaceutical customers.

The Countec DMC-60T has a 12 track counting tray with twin filling nozzles for discharge. The machine handles metal, glass or plastic containers up to 120mm in diameter. It also has dark time adjustability to detect broken or double tablets.
