About the Hoonga HM V6:

The Hoonga HM V6 automatic blister pack machine is used in high production environments and has the versatility to enable a wide range of pharmaceutical packaging products such as tablets, hard or soft gel capsules, caplets, etc. It is capable of running all common types of thermo and cold form materials.

The HM V6 can be used as a stand-alone unit or be integrated with a downstream cartoner. The machine is equipped with a touch screen PLC, Lexan safety enclosures and safety interlocks. This model also comes with full panel Stainless Steel enclosures.

Features:

Up to 50 cycles, maximum of 200 blisters per minute
Max. material width of 250mm and stroke of 145mm
Forming materials can be ALU/ALU, PVC/ALU or PVDC/ALU
Mechanical CAM driven
MMI control via PLC & touch panel
Quick and easy mold changeover (by sliding in & fastening)
Options available include:

Product detection and rejection
Brush box or dedicated track feeding
Deep draw plug assisted forming
