'The whole concept of creating a Culture of Excellence was introduced and developed very well throughout the modules. I feel that the activities that required personal observation and input such as Persuading the Chairman were relevant and enjoyable to complete. The comments from the top Managers that were viewed throughout the Modules were enlightening .Overall I would say that all of the aspects covered were very relevant.'
