Our client is a 5* International Chain Boutique Resort in Ubud, resort has 20+ keys & is not located at the beach but in tropical rainforest.
Our client is looking for an experienced, "hands-on" style Food & Beverage Manager who can successfully lead the resort's F&B service team and provide the highest quality service to their demanding clientele.
The F&B Manager will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day front-of-house operations and will create memorable experiences for the guests, train frontline staff, and drive profitability.
The ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge of fine dining service standards, an awareness of the latest culinary trends and concepts, be dedicated to excellence, teamwork, training, and above all, guest satisfaction. The candidate should have a genuine interest in high level of personalized guest service, should possess exceptional customer service and communication skills and excellent English both spoken and written. Will have previous experience in F&B management in small luxury boutique hotels / resorts.

Exciting opportunity! Our client is a large tour operator specializing in inbound, air ticketing and tours for the Asian market.
The candidate should have a good knowledge about different locations in Indonesia and a genuine interest in the travel industry. Should have previous working experience in similar role, as a GM or Operational Manager for Travel Agent, however candidates from hotel background and currently in DOS/DOSM/RESM role or similar will also be considered.
Candidate should possess strong leadership skills and team-building skills, outstanding decision making abilities and very good organizational, management and planning skills.
