Our Client is a villa management company, currently operating 11 properties for a total of 70 Villas or 150 Rooms in Bali.
Our client is looking for a young (35-45), dynamic, energetic, hands-on, motivated individual who leads by example and will control/teach/coach the management team of every property. Candidate will currently be in GM role or even a strong #2 could be considered, sharing the same vision and eager to grow with the company. Previous experience in villa management highly preferred.
The ideal candidate will have working experience in Indonesia and will currently also be located in Indonesia, although strong candidates located in Asia Pacific region will also be considered.
Basic knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a clear advantage.

Hot Job of The Month : Revenue Manager (Local)
Interesting opportunity in a 5* resort with 100+ Rooms in Bali.
The candidate should be well experienced in revenue management and should preferably have international chain hotel experience. Experience with travel industry reservation systems and hotel property management systems mandatory. Good analytical ability and proficient at statistical and competitive analysis.
Candidate will be young, dynamic, results oriented, motivated, having good people and communication skills and mastering good level of English. Excellent organization skills and ability to work well under pressure.
