The ambitious, creative, enthusiastic, professional candidate will have relevant experience in similar upscale luxury boutique resorts and will be able to adapt well to the local culture and remote island life. Previous experience in Philippines will be a definite plus, previous experience in Asia Pacific highly preferred. Candidate will have profound knowledge of Western as well as Asian cuisines and will be highly creative in combining local ingredients with Westerner products. Candidate will be young, dynamic, results oriented, innovative, motivated, having good communication skills and fluent in English.

Hot Job of The Month: Director of Training/Training Manager (Local)
A great opportunity in Bali for the pre-opening of a 5* Resort belonging to an International Chain.
The resort has 300+ rooms and is located in Nusa Dua area, it has a large F&B operation and all the usual 5* facilities.
The ideal candidate will at least have 5 years experience as #1 DT or TM in a 5 star international chain environment of similar size. Overseas experience not a must, but a definite plus. The candidate will have a great interest in training and educating people with a great sense of humor. High level of English communication skills, both oral and written. Excellent organization skills, strong leadership, ability to work well under pressure, and real team player.
Since this position will play a vital role during the pre-opening and opening phase, pre-opening experience is highly preferred.
