Our client is a well established and reputable hotel with 400+ Rooms and 3 F & B outlets.
Entire kitchen team (including stewarding) consists of +/-100 staff.
This position will report to the General Manager and will work closely with the Director of F&B and will be responsible for insuring high standards of service.
The candidate should have working experience in Asia Pacific, preferably even in Indonesia. Candidate will have profound knowledge of Western as well as Asian Cuisines. The candidate should have extensive experience in similar size 5* operations, at least 5 years experience in #1 Executive Chef role. Strong leadership and organizational skills with great eye for detail. Should be very operational, a real hands-on / on-the-floor person. Should have exceptional people skills, able to adapt well to the local culture. Energetic, results oriented, motivated, hard working with an excellent working track record.

Hot Job of The Month : Area Human Resources Manager (Local)
A great & challenging opportunity in a 5* International Chain Boutique Resort Group in Indonesia
The ideal candidate will at least have 5 years experience as #1 HRD or HRM in 5* International hotel chains. Previous experience at corporate level not a must, but a definite plus. Boutique Resort and island experience highly preferred. The candidate will be graduated from a reputable university with a high level of English communication skills. Profound knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and well experienced dealing with unions and CLA negotiations. Excellent organization skills, strong leadership, ability to work well under pressure, self-motivator with high standards.
The position will oversee 5 properties and will directly report to Country Manager for the Group.
The role will be based in Bali, but will require regular traveling to the other properties in Indonesia.
