Our client will be opening an Eco-friendly mountain retreat with +/- 10 Villas in the North of Bali, soft launch is scheduled for March 2013.
Our client is an independent company in Bali owned by a visionary, dynamic and socially committed group from Europe who wants to make a real difference to the Eco-chic adventure travel experience in North Bali. With an ethos of 'Handcrafted with Humanity in Mind' they position themselves as a retreat that has cultural, environmental and social values at the forefront of everything they do which is wrapped in a world of adventure and light hearted fun.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience within the hospitality industry, pre-opening experience and Asia Pacific experience highly preferred. Previous #1 experience not a must, also a strong #2 or even #3 would be considered.
The candidate should have a genuine interest for eco-friendly tourism / green environment / local communities / cultural, environmental and social values and will lead a healthy life-style, in harmony with the nature, and will be very fit and set an example for the resort's clientele and staff.
This is a great & unique opportunity and a dream job for the right candidate.
Note that also a couple would be considered (2 Expats or 2 Indonesians or 1 Expat / 1 Indonesian).

Hot Job of The Month : Director of Marketing (Local)
A great role in a 5* Hotel in Jakarta
The hotel has 400+ rooms, 7 F&B outlets and all the usual 5* facilities.
The ideal candidate will at least have 3 years experience as Director of Marketing (or DOSM) in 5 star chain hotels with a proven track record of results. Will have previous experience in Jakarta and a wide network of contacts within the hospitality industry (wholesalers, travel agents, airlines, companies, government, etc). Will have a clear understanding of revenue management techniques, outstanding selling and negotiation skills, will be able to liaise effectively with designated market segment accounts.
Candidate will have excellent presentation and communication skills, a high level of flexibility and ability to work under pressure. Dynamic, hands-on, results oriented, motivated, confident, well presented, willing to travel and having good leadership.
Very interesting salary package on offer for the right candidate.
