Following the trend of other influential fine dining centers worldwide, Vallarta Lifestyles proudly hosts the renowned culinary event known as Restaurant Week. Established in 2005, this 17-day festival is held every year from May 15 - 31 and includes many of Puerto Vallarta's most coveted restaurants and this year, we are participating! Participating establishments offer innovative three-course menus, with three options available for each course. Since the prices are often discounted by up to 50% (tips and beverages not included), dining out during this time period is not only more fun, but also much more affordable. Both Vallartenses and gourmet aficionados from around the globe eagerly anticipate the festival. Some friends plan an annual pilgrimage to Puerto Vallarta specifically for this delicious festival. 1. Chilito Lindo - ceviche stuffed chile guero on a bed of passion fruit sauce decorated with pomegranate seeds.
2. Sabor a Mi - Arugula, beets, toasted pine nuts, slices of mandarin orange in a citrus dressing

Main Courses:
1. Vallarta Mahi Mahi - in a creamy chile poblano sauce and toasted almond crust
2. Chicken Osso Bucco - Roasted chicken leg served in a chicken consommé with roasted corn kernels and scalloped vegetables
