 If you are in town, come celebrate the end of our first year with us and toast No Way José!'s recently being named Vallarta's "Best New Restaurant" for 2010!
On Friday, September 3, from 6pm - 8pm, guests will enjoy one signature margarita on the house and complimentary appetizers including empanadas with chicken in molé, sopes and refried beans with Mexican chorizo among other yummy treats. We'll also have music, prizes and other surprises as we say "gracias" to Vallarta and Banderas Bay for our successful first season!
We'll also be saying "adios", but only until Tuesday, October 5. From Sunday, September 5 through October 5, we'll be closed so we can continue to add another floor with additional outdoor seating, larger kitchen and bar, all under the twinkling stars of Vallarta's nights.

 This month's featured dish...
This month, we want to feature one of our signature dishes; Chiles en Nogada. A wonderful dish consisting of a green poblano chile, white walnut sauce and red pomegranate seeds - the colors of the Mexican flag. This dish is a Mexican Independence day favorite filled with meats, fruits and spices. Usually served cold, we prefer to put our own little spin on it and serve it warm... yum! While traditionally prepared only during the month of September, you can enjoy No Way José! Chiles en Nogada all year round. Next time you are here, make sure to try one! |
