Ready to serve you even better during the 2010 / 2011 Season!
After closing in early September and after 12 weeks of back-breaking work, on Tuesday, October 12 we re-opened for the season and are thrilled to announce that our new upstairs is open! Next time that you come visit us, or if you will be able to join us for our cocktail party celebration on December 4, you'll discover additional seating, a new bar and terrace all under the beautiful Vallarta sky! Plus, our kitchen has been moved upstairs allowing more room for La Cocina de Amor to create your favorite NWJ! dishes.
A special shout-out goes to Alex Garcia, Jacet Amaral and Cesar Gutierrez who are not only part of our fine service staff, they also worked during their time off on the renovation and expansion, helping make sure that all was perfect for your return!

A NWJ! Recipe Hot Chili Love Margarita

1. Moisten the outer rim of your margarita glass with the lime and coat lightly with chili powder. We like Chile Tajin. 2. Strain the concentrate into a shaker with 2 oz tequila, 1 oz Cointreau and ice. 4. Shake well and pour into prepared glass. 5. Garnish with lime slice and a slice of serrano pepper. 6. VIVA MÉXICO!
