New Menu
 Our new menu is here! Vallarta's "Best New Restaurant" has expanded its menu for the 2010-2011 season. Next time that you are in tu casa, look for our new menu items including a variety of vegetarian items, a kid's menu, plus mussels, tuna tartar, BBQ honey-chipotle glazed ribs and our yummy duck carnitas among so many more.

 This month's featured dish...
We have received a lot of great comments on our new menu. One favorite that keeps being mentioned is our amazing new Palmira's Duck Carnitas; half duck with a red wine and balsamic wine reduction garnished with cubes of sweet quince fruit paste, accompanied with an avocado salad and strips of crispy corn tortillas. Excelente!
If you love duck, - and if you don't you will after tasting ours - make sure you try our new duck carnitas the next time you're in your home away from home!
