NWJ! Wins "Best Salsa"

The people of Banderas Bay came out in droves on February 13th in support of the premier fundraiser for the Paradise Community Center Hot Love - Salsa y Salsa!

Over 300 guests sampled a variety of salsas and voted for their favorites. Over 20 local restaurants and amateurs showed-off their salsas while vying for the title of "Best Salsa Sauce in PV". Winners included our very own sweet chile serrano salsa, named best in class!

Over 35,000 Pesos was raised from this first-time event dedicated to the continuation of the Paradise Community Center's charitable works in reaching out to those in and around Puerto Vallarta.

Next time you are with us in your home away from home, make sure that you try our award-winning sweet chile serrano salsa featured on our Tuna Tartar. Delicioso.

This month's featured dish...
Filet

One dish just keeps getting raves is our filet mignon bathed in a 3-chile sauce served on a bed of mushrooms sautéed in garlic. One guest even commented that she could "bathe in the sauce" it was so yummy. You might try that if you like but we believe the sauce is much better on our juicy filet!
