Growing Your Business
mainarticleMost people don't really know what business coaching is, some will liken it to consulting some to training. Before I explain what it is please know this...
 
1.       I do not offer business coaching until I know it is right for you and your business...
 
All I offer at the outset is the opportunity for you to look in the mirror to find out if you are they type of person who is willing to stop following the herd and take positive action through personal development and business improvement with me as your coach to guide you.
 
All I offer is the opportunity to have an award winning coach, results strategist, solutions provider, motivator, leader, mentor, marketing and sales executive, financial manager,  business owner and most especially an impartial pair of experienced eyes to review your business health and help you identify it's potential.
 
All I offer is to show you growth opportunities that are perhaps blind to you because you are constrained by the day to day business challenges that can breed 'compliancy' (the biggest threat to any established business)... It is always your choice to grasp those opportunities or continue with the herd doing what you have always done and wondering why you never really get to where you want to go...
2.       When we meet I commit to demonstrate profitable returns from business coaching, share with you my guarantee for a return on your coaching investment in your profits and at the very least leave you with fresh ideas to overcome your biggest business challenges. 
 
In reality there are only two types of business:
 
'A lifestyle business', which means you are happy to always work 'in' your business and you enjoy the lifestyle it helps you lead... If that is you I am very happy for you.
 
Or
 
'A growth business', which means you need to work 'on' grwoing your business to provide you the choice to take extended holidays when you want to without worrying that the business is still making profits. The choice to exit the business through selling it or succession planning. The choice to put a general manger in place to run it for you. The choice to have a healthy stream of profits from your business to invest in other forms of income stream to generate compounding wealth that allows you to lead the life style you want to lead.... 
 
If it is the case right now that the business is you and it can't run without you, then something needs to change. 
 
Whilst I do not know your business yet, I do know what your business needs to make it a great business; To have great systems, great leaders, a great team, and great profits. In a world class business the systems run the business, your people run the systems and you lead your people. If you choose to participate in the self pity blame game that manifests when we are near the low point of the ~10year repetitive economic cycle, which we call recession, (yes, it's a cycle). If you choose not to learn from that cycle. If you choose to continue in denial that what got you to where you are today is going to get you to where you truly want to be tomorrow. If you choose to continue to make excuses to yourself that your team are just poor performers or your lack of custom or profit is due to the economy or some other lame factor; then I choose not to be your coach.  
 
 
However, if you are willing to open up your mind to new ideas, learn about your own behaviours, skills, beliefs, and recognise your businesses true  potential. If you are ready to take ownership for your own destiny, discover clarity of purpose for what you really want for your business and your life. If you choose courage over fear, persistence over failure, priorities over procrastination, conviction over doubt. If you choose to break away from the herd and become the best you, you can be. If you choose to learn to work smarter and not harder. If you choose to actually realise your own goals and ambitions; then I choose to meet with you to discuss those opportunities with you, identify how I can help, and if coaching is right for you offer you the choice to have business and lifestyle of your dreams in the next 3 years or less.

So why am I different?
  • Personal coaches or Life Coaches work only on your personal development. 
  • Accountants may if asked help you to establish your management accounts.
  • Consultants usually work on the operational aspect of your business, including your quality management system.
  • Ad execs and Marketing Experts work on your brand awareness, brand recognition and marketing campaigns.
  • Systems experts work on your business systems usually focused on IT solutions, (there are three other areas to systemise your business).  
  • Corporate Trainers work on team building, sales and sometimes customer service training. 
I am different because I work with you in all these areas, more importantly over the course of our trusted relationship I will teach you about every aspect of these areas, providing you with life time VALUE. 
 
I work always from a platform of creativity not competition, so therefore I have no competition. I work with your accountants and bank managers to help you understand financial mastery and ask them to measure our progress 'in your profits'. I work by 'dividing to multiply' - that means we will work together to define a road map specific to your business that will guide us to work through many sublevels of these areas all at once in order to compound your personal and business development.
