For those of you joining us in Calgary for the Stampede...a couple of notes and reminders:
- Final trip payments were due May 1. If you have a balance, please pay it immediately to Music Festivals. Due to the high demand for rooms during this week...the hotel will shortly be releasing unpaid rooms. Make your arrangements right away please!
- See updated trip information at the Calgary link on the Rounders website Calgary Web Page. Updated May 8, it currently contains everything from a map of the airport, to cell phone suggestions, to your music markings for the next rehearsal!
- Your Rounders will be wearing our "regular" uniforms to Calgary...this includes of course blue "Docker style" pants (and black belt ), a clean Rounders White Shirt, "All white" shoes with no markings (Macy's shoes are fine), and a "fresh" blue Rounders Cap. In case of cold weather...a long sleeve white shirt may be worn underneath. Seek a shirt with no printing or markings that might "see through" and that matches the white in your current Rounders shirt.
Rounders Calgary pins will also be further available!
- Next Calgary rehearsal will be Tuesday, May 17 at 7:00PM Admiral Farragut Academy. All Rounders going to Calgary must attend as we continue to build the drill!
