2014 NATIONAL ADVISORY COUNCIL CANDIDATES

Don't Forget! - Tuesday, November 19 at 2:30 PM EST
 Please congratulate and thank the three franchisees that are the incoming 2014-2016 National Advisory Council representatives. The three franchisees are:
- Matt Auker, Altamonte, FL - #228 and 695
- Sallie Bongaardt, Springfield, PA - #326, 437, 624, 811, and 812
- Itay Shalev, Chicago, IL - #858
Each comes with an array of professional experiences and time in the Comfort Keepers® system that makes them very welcome additions to the National Advisory Council. Individually, each has communicated a sincere desire to make a positive impact on the network.
This year, we are not required to conduct an election because the number of candidates does not exceed available spaces on the NAC. Per the bylaws, candidates will assume a role on the 2014-2016 NAC.
Now - we would like to ask each of you to take time from your busy schedules to meet your newest NAC representatives. Matt, Sallie, and Itay will be poised and ready to answer any questions you may have on the "Meet the Representatives Call." The call will be facilitated by Jim Vercruyssen, 2014 NAC Chair, and it is your opportunity to get to know these franchisees. The "Meet the Representatives" call is scheduled for Tuesday, November 19 at 2:30 PM EST.
The call-in information is (866) 579-8110 and the pass code is 327530. We look forward to having many franchisees dial-in to meet their newest NAC representatives.

Experience Better Organization and Improved Functionality
 The newly redesigned CK Brand website goes live at 3:00 PM EST today! Please note - depending on your computer settings and browser, it may take a few days for the new site to fully propagate and the new site to replace the old.
Please view the short (6 minute) tutorial posted on the homepage of CK Brand for an overview of the navigational changes. Though the new site brings much greater organization, functionality, and search capabilities for all of you, we welcome your feedback and comments so we may continue to improve the site and your experience. Based on your feedback and questions, we will develop educational webinars to answer and clarify any questions that come up consistently. If the site is as intuitive as what we believe, the tutorial may be sufficient.

 The Comfort Keepers ® email system will be undergoing scheduled maintenance this weekend, starting at 10:00 pm EST. The expected downtime is approximately 30 minutes. Incoming email will be queued during the maintenance window, and will be delivered once the maintenance has been completed.

QUEST FOR EXCELLENCE LOCATION REVEALED!

Last Friday, we published the updated list of 2013 Quest for Excellence contenders as of Q3, but if you missed last week's message, click here to access the list. If your name appears, you may want to do several things. First - make sure you have a valid passport. Second, and this is optional, you may want to take a Rosetta Stone® course in Spanish, but at a minimum, you should start to get very excited because the 2013 Quest for Excellence attendees will be whisked off to the luxurious Fiesta Americana Grand Los Cabos Golf and Spa Resort located in beautiful Los Cabos, MX - March 19-23, 2014!
