And The Winner Is....
Congratulations to Lynn Domenech and Jocelyn Holt of Gainesville, FL for having the "Greatest Call" this week. Lynn and Jocelyn's staff member, Amanda, did an outstanding job controlling the call with a distinct purpose in mind. Some of the many things that made this a "Greatest Call" include:
- A professional greeting incorporating the new methods
- Confirmation of what the client needs by reciting it back to caller
- Quickly establishing an in-home visit
- Addressing the pricing questions with ease while establishing the Client Care Coordinator as the "expert"
- Consistently connecting with the caller

Quest for Excellence Contenders
Drumroll please....attached is the list of 2013 Quest for Excellence contenders through Q3 2013. Franchisees may qualify for one of the following categories
- Top 10 revenue producers
- Greatest percentage of year-over-year revenue growth within a revenue category
- Rookie of the Year--this is the only category decided at the close of the calendar year.
We have a VERY CLOSE RACE and lots of shifting of positions so keep up the great work! Next week we will announce the destination for the 2013 Quest for Excellence attendees, BUT, if your name is on the list, check to make sure you have a current and valid passport. It could be you will need it!

2014 NATIONAL ADVISORY COUNCIL CANDIDATES

Meet Your Newest NAC Representatives Call - Tuesday, November 19 at 2:30 PM EST
Please congratulate and thank the three franchisees that are the incoming 2014-2016 National Advisory Council. The three franchisees are:
- Matt Auker, Altamonte, FL - #228 and 695
- Sallie Bongaardt, Springfield, PA - #326, 437, 624, 811, and 812
- Itay Shalev, Chicago, IL - #858
Each comes with an array of professional experiences and time in the Comfort Keepers® system that makes them very welcome additions to the National Advisory Council. Individually, each has communicated a sincere desire to make a positive impact on the network.
This year, we are not required to conduct an election because the number of candidates does not exceed available spaces on the NAC. Per the bylaws, candidates will assume a role on the 2014-2016 NAC.
Now - we would like to ask each of you to take time from your busy schedules to meet your newest NAC representatives. Matt, Sallie, and Itay will be poised and ready to answer any questions you may have on the "Meet the Representatives Call." The call will be facilitated by Jim Vercruyssen, 2014 NAC Chair, and it is your opportunity to get to know these franchisees. The "Meet the Representatives" call is scheduled for Tuesday, November 19 at 2:30 PM EST.

The newly designed CK Brand will launch next Friday, November 15. We believe you will truly enjoy the new design with the updated brand components, but the real benefit for all of you - it is much easier to navigate and has greater functionality.
Many thanks to the pilot group of franchisees who took the time to test the new site and provide feedback. Many of the comments were incorporated in to the first launch, but other improvements will be a part of Phase 2.
