Cook Inlet Regional Citizens Advisory Council was established through the Oil Pollution Act of 1990, as an avenue for public participation in the oversight of the Cook Inlet oil industry. Our mission is to represent the citizens of Cook Inlet, Alaska, in promoting environmentally safe marine transportation and oil facility operations in Cook Inlet.
