 Overall sales remained flat for the second month in a row. Inventory continues to drop as does the number of days on market. Closed sales for single-family homes in the $300,000 to $500,000 price category outpaced the rest of the market with a 22% increase over the past 12 months. Additional May highlights year over year: - Pending sales decreased 11% from 1,096 to 977
- Median Closed price increased 15% from $252K to $289K
- Inventory decreased 3% from 3,919 homes to 3,800
- Average days on market decreased 21% from 95 to 75 days
