When it comes to the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay, Fred and Laura are "all in" with their time, talent and treasure. Fred serves as a member of the Crisis Center's board of directors and Laura is a member of Women in Action.  They are also Crisis Center "ambassadors" by hosting a table - or two!  - each year at the Cup of Compassion breakfast and encouraging people to tour and get involved with the center.

The Crisis Center is already working on the Holiday Giving Program! Hundreds of toys, clothes, blankets, and other items are distributed to low-income families each year. Florida Veterans Outreach Program Launching October 27th
Answering Calls at the Crisis Center

On Monday, October 27th the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay will be launching a new program for veterans who are in need of help and services. The Florida Veterans Outreach Program is designed to assist veterans in a 5-county area (Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Polk and Manatee) in the adjustment from military to civilian life. Veterans who call 1-844-MYFLVET (693-5838) will speak to a fellow veteran who will provide emotional support and referral to VA- funded programs and community- based services...
