Observer.Artist.Watercolorist. is a creation of Dale L Popovich, award-winning painter, watercolorists and teacher who is passionate about watercolor painting, fine art and mentoring. With over 30+ years of higher education and studio time this artist offers a unique learning experience. Longtime instructor at the American Academy of Art school in Chicago, classically trained under one of America's great twentieth-century watercolorists, Irving Shapiro, AWS.
Dale currently teaches at the prestigious Palette & Chisel Academy of Fine Art in Chicago. He co-teaches a Fundamentals course with Robert J Krajecki and also teaches a watercolor class. In addition he has on going classes at Mainstreet Art Center in Lake Zurich, IL and the Elmhurst Art Museum.

experienced teacher from weekly art  classes to
multi-day workshops tyghvfbv and one-on-one personalized tutoring. Dale has the courses to meet your needs. In addition, your art league or organization may want to consider inviting Dale for an inspiring demonstration, lecture or you may need a judge for an up and coming juried show.
