Ignis Systems Highlights
It's been a fun and busy 2012 so far. We started the year by launching Enhanced Results for patient-friendly lab reports and integrating those reports to two patient portals. Twelve sites are installed and happily sending readable lab reports to their patients.
We've bolstered our reporting and analytics-particularly useful for the practice that routes to multiple labs, or the practice with its own office lab. Check out the new reports at Reports>Utilization Reports in your EMR-Link account.
We were invited again to speak at the Lab Manager's War College, the lab industry's executive conference. Our topic will be on EHR Meaningful Use and its impact on lab-to-EHR interoperability.
Finally, you've kept us busy enough that we've had to hire three more folks. We're up to 19 now. |

Technical Tips
There are times when EMR-Link isn't working as expected. It's usually something simple, such as a parameter changing or a file that was accidentally deleted. This section gives you some useful tips on solving those issues.
Print Control Maintenance
We have identified an incompatibility between certain versions of Internet Explorer and our old Print Control which causes Internet Explorer to "freeze," sometimes forcing the user to wait 2-5 minutes or forcing a computer shutdown.
