As we turn the corner to a new year, we take time to reflect, to look back on a year of growth and learning, and to look forward to the future with anticipation and even greater commitment.
Whether you have been a customer for years or are new to Ignis, we are grateful for each of you, your continued partnership, and the opportunity to work together to improve patient care.
You've taught us a lot about your practice workflows and patient care needs. With your advice, we've added new features, including auto-splitting of lab requisitions, PDF lab reporting, radiology orders, and forwarding clinical values with the order. And in December, we delivered Enhanced Results, a new product for patient-friendly lab reports, which integrates with your patient portal.
We're also growing. We now support over 300 practices, serving 6000 providers, integrating your practices to over 100 labs and imaging services. The Ignis team is now up to 17 folks.
Of course, one of the best ways we can show our appreciation for you is by continuing to do good work: engineering products and enhancements that save you time and money and provide better patient care, and providing responsive support when you need our help.
