I am at peace with me... and with you! One of the reasons this is true is because my desire is not to try and prove my theology to be right and that of others to be wrong. I have learned that debate can be divisive, and the egoic need to be right can, in the end, make you wrong. I, nor anyone else, can claim to teach or even to believe in "Oneness" and be void of the realization that at the very heart of this idea is, and must be, tolerance and celebration for diversity of thought. After all, the Body is made whole by what every part supplies. Each one of our individual journeys is both sacred and spiritual. My journey has led me to as many questions as answers. Like King David, my earnest desire is to dwell in the presence of God and to INQUIRE of the Lord. When people decide to share their journey with others, it is important that they honor one another on their particular searches for truth and acknowledge that Truth is a Journey, not a Destination! Over the course of the next few weeks I will ask some probing questions about the Bible and its origins and purpose. You, as a reader, may not be on the exact same page as I am theologically. However, I respect your growth and I pray that you see that my theology is organic to me. I would also ask that you recognize my love for God, for Truth and for People. Let us agree that as we grow together in truth that we not confess that our theology is changing - but rather that God is taking us from GLORY TO GLORY! Honestly, LOVE is the only unchanging and timeless absolute that I have discovered thus far. I say to you "NAMASTE" - which means simply, "that which is holy in me... recognizes that which is holy in you."
