Summer is quickly coming to an end and the 2011-2012 LHN School Year is about to begin! Some exciting things are in store for Lutheran High North this year. All students and staff will receive an iPad2. Faculty and staff have already received their iPad2s in anticipation to the beginning of the school year. Students will receive their iPad2's on iPad2 distribution dates, August 25th, 26th, and 27th. Please see the iPad FAQ document for more information. The Technology Fee has been increased from $300.00 to $550.00 to cover the cost of the iPad2s. This fee has been added to your billing account. There will be a minimal insurance fee ($35-$40) and an iPad2 case fee of ($30-$40). These fees will be added to your book bill on Book Night on August 9th, 2011.
Resource Center Renovations
Come visit the NEW and IMPROVED Resource Center on Book Night!
Renovations began in June on the Resource Center. The room will be the centerpiece of improvements at Lutheran High North. The room will feature 10- iPad2 keyboard stations, an iPad2 help desk, big screen TV's and a student lounge area.
Be sure to stop by on Book Night (August 9th) and check out this great new addition to Lutheran High North!
Because of the new iPad program, we anticipate fewer school supplies being needed this year. Although some additional supplies may be required such as protractors or spiral notebooks, you will have time to get them before they will be used in class:

3-ring binders (dividers if using one binder for multiple subjects)
