Want to help our kids? It's easy!
Our school can receive up to $10,000 in Target GiftCards® for books or any supplies we need. Wouldn't that be great?
All we need to do is vote for our school each week until September 8. It's part of Give With Target®.

ITEM 4: Home & School Survey
Dear Notre Dame of De Pere Parents:
Thank you for choosing to enroll your students at Notre Dame of De Pere. The Home and School Subcommittee is already preparing for the upcoming year.
This year we are working to reduce costs, and we also have the opportunity to gather information about you and your family in a more efficient way. Instead of requesting that you complete paper forms for the Parent Directory and Volunteer information, we are asking you to complete a survey, which will gather the same information.
- Each family should complete the survey only once
- You will have the option to opt out of having your name in the Parent Directory within the survey.
- Also included are some additional questions that will determine some other needs and gather your feedback.
- The survey will be closed in early August so the Parent Directory can be built. At that time, paper surveys will be used to add additional families or missing information.
