When a girlfriend took her out to lift her spirits and the only open seat at the bar was next to Venturo Annuziato, she met the man she would call her husband. While a kiss usually seals the deal, the kiss between Jeannine Giovanni and Billy DeSousa came in the form of a KISS concert. A little more than a year after the two met at a popular Newport restaurant, Billy asked Jeannine's father for her hand in marriage while Gene Simmons performed on stage.
