Advanced Lubrication Specialties will offer GM dexos1 licensed engine oil

Advanced Lubrication Specialties (ALS) advised JobbersWorld today; "ALS will continue to serve its customer base with the latest, most advanced products available to our industry. GM's dexos1 licensed oils will be introduced in early October of this year, along with the planned introduction of API licensed SN and ILSAC GF-5 on October 1st."

Where is the General Motor's dexos1™ List?

Whereas JobbersWorld is doing its best to keep our readers informed about engine oils that will be licensed as dexos1, the big question many are now asking is, "Where is GM's list?"  Will GM publish a list of lubricant suppliers that have officially licensed dexos1 engine oils, and if so, when?

JobbersWorld put this question to General Motors last week, and as of this date, GM remains silent.

The dexos1(TM) Tally - Nay or Yeah
The following is an updated summary of the companies that have reportedly said the will offer a dexos licensed engine oil and those that say they will not.

If your company has made a decision regarding dexos1 and is not listed below, please let us know by contacting: jobbersworld
