QUARTER 2 QUEST FOR EXCELLENCE CONTENDERS

Eligibility Based on Growth
Are you ready for sunshine, sand, and palm trees in March? The second quarter Quest for Excellence contender list, through June 2014, is out! Click here to see if you are on the list for the March incentive trip.
This year's Quest for Excellence will recognize 24 contenders in three main categories: the Top Five Revenue Generators in the network; the Top 18 Revenue Range Performers, those franchises having the greatest percentage revenue growth year-over-year within six revenue categories (three attendees from EACH category); and the Rookie of the Year.
If you didn't make the list this quarter, there is still plenty of opportunity for your office to make the final cut in the third and fourth quarters. For the first time this year, contenders for all categories must demonstrate year-over-year revenue GROWTH. To learn more and help you qualify, read the updated Quest for Excellence criteria.

RELIAS LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM MIGRATION

Migration Roll-out Dates Set
It's been 11 months in the making, but we are excited to announce that the migration to the new Relias Learning Management System (LMS) is underway! Relias LMS is replacing Silverchair as the online training and education portal for the Comfort Keepers® system and will provide a brand new learning experience for franchise employees.
Now that the pilot program is winding down, CKFI, together with Relias, is laying the initial groundwork for the migration. The migration for the system will begin soon and will occur in four phases, with multiple states being migrated during each phase. To find out when your state will be migrated to the Relias LMS, visit Members > Training and scroll down to the What's New section.

The hospital-to-home transition can pose substantial risk for clients. This is the time when they are most likely to experience an incident that can land them back in the hospital. Time to Start Connecting with Your Community
Reach out and make a difference in your community this September with a Feed Seniors Now® (FSN) food drive campaign. Well-planned campaigns are the key to making a noticeable impact and garnering positive public relations for your local office. At this point in the timeline you should already be working with local food banks, referral sources, and others in the community to plan your campaign.
Need guidance on planning? Download the FSN food drive planning timeline and this informational document on how to help make sure the food your office collects is distributed to seniors.
Order Collateral
Now is also the time to order your customized posters and materials through the SMARTworks® website. Branded collateral, such as print ads, flyers, and so forth, are located on Members > CK Brand > Programs > Feed Seniors Now and are available for customization using the Ad Request link on the Member's site home page. Please allow two weeks for delivery on ad requests.
Share Your Ideas
